重装完毕。一切正常。。以后杀软的优化无视之。。。

Thank anyone for the reply, I found the problem was the Pictures Folder<C:\Users\***\Pictures> was deleted because when i clicked Pictures nothing happened, so snipping tool wouldn't open the save screen when i cliked save as. So i typed in the Search box shell:my pictures and i guess it created a picture folder. So it works now except the fancy Picture icon is just looks like a regular folder icon. I hope this helps anyone who did the same mistake i did.
