please note that a new build of Update 19 for Avira Antivirus for Windows is now available for beta testing at the Avira Beta Center for german and english. Existing installations will receive this update automatically.

New beta build: 15.0.19.161 / 14.0.19.34
Extracted from the changelog these are the latest changes for Update 19:

Device protection feature - controll which USB devices are allowed
Right now this feature is enabled for USB storage devices such as hard disk, usb sticks etc. and will show a prompt to either allow or block the new attached device.

New, faster, on-demand scanner scan now be tested by using the shell-extension scan button. (Right click a file in the explorer and select "Scan selected file with Avira)

我这里还行吧，，个人感觉不卡。 每个电脑环境不一样，你最好试一下。

我记得是  1M的下载速度  装了网页防护后  变成700KB了  不知道现在还是这样吗？（迅雷下载）
