downloader.agent.bbb怎么杀啊

我朋友的电脑，用AVG 能检测到downloader.agent.bbb，但是怎么杀都杀不掉。
在安全模式下也杀不掉。

google了一把。 说可以用my123的专杀工具杀。

下载 试了一把， 查不出这个病毒。
