If you choose to update, click "Yes" and wait several minutes for the process to be finished (you can check on the Maintenance / Update page - after the update is done, the page gets updated and says "Current version 7.0.1407", with a note that it's necessary to restart the machine to finish the update); then restart the computer.

The tool is meant to fix a specific problem, in particular the one mentioned e.g. here:
