楼主列出的不是双核补丁，AMD Dual-Core Optimizer 是AMD出的工具

AMD官方发布的针对Athlon 双核(Dual-Core)处理器推出的一款优化程序。它通过绕过Windows API支持使用RDTSC指令而大幅度提升了双核处理器系统在游戏中的视频性能。该优化程序适用32/64位操作系统。提升图形处理速度，amd优化工具，调整运行时双核的同步性，使不出现死机。
补充：amd dc-optimizer直接使用RDTSC指令，会和MS的KB896256的驱动冲突。
最显著的症状就是在登陆后就会发生蓝屏。而这两个的功能是一样的，都是减少双核cpu两个核心任务切换时的开销，因此提升双核cpu的游戏、视频性能
amd官方论坛上有相关的文章，尽管是关于台式机双核cpu的内容。

因此卸载装dc optimizer之后最好也重新打一遍kb896256的补丁
