关于comodo卸载不干净，官方客服的回答[转自我的Email]

昨天我的毛豆都出了问题，我想重装，但在重装的过程提示严重错误，死都装不上了，估计是卸不干净搞得。在安全模式下弄，也没用。后来一气之下，就还原回了N天前【win 7】。
弄好之后，我闲来无事，就给comodo客服发了封邮件抱怨并寻求帮助，那边态度蛮好的，这里把邮件全文摘录如下：

大致意思就是下个批处理文件，在卸载完成之后运行它，就可以了。但这个bat文件是非官方的，这一点我很不理解！！！

这款防火墙我用过，他的杀软和防火墙、清理工具啊什么的都是捆绑在一起安装的，安装的时候要仔细看清楚；还有安装之后，就截住了锐捷客户端，搞得我上不了网（偶的网络是校园网），添加了白名单和信任也不行，一怒之下我就卸载了这一款号称最好的免费防火墙，可能是外国防火墙在华水土不服吧。

毛豆卸载后的注册表残余在我这很不干净，而且一般工具去不了。

我在注册表搜索comodo，F3,F3，F3……，对应的用xuetr删除。这点毛豆给我感觉很不好。

我建议大家，用TOTAL UNINSTALL【现有烈火大侠的汉化版，在“心海E站”有下载】或者REVO UNINSTALLER【免费版】等专业卸载工具进行卸载，然后用REGVAC【在“汉化新世纪”有下载】清理下注册表，基本上卸载、清理的都很干净。
我都是这样装装卸卸，没有出现过楼主的情况。
