SQL2000安装遇到的问题

操作系统2003ServerSP1
具体过程如下，我过去装了一个SQL，后来给删除了，再安装的时候就提示错误，后来我就用工具软件把所有和SQL有关的文件和注册表都删除了。然后再安装SQL就提示
Command Line option syntax  error
和
没有找到SQLUNIRL.dll，因此cntgsvr未能启动
在sqlstp.log内容是

我把所有和SQL有关的文件删除之前也存在这个错误

这样子就麻烦了....有可能要重装系统

有没有不需要重装系统的解决办法？因为这个机器用作服务器，重装很麻烦的

Command Line option syntax  error，应该没什么大问题，我以前遇到忽略也OK。
没有找到SQLUNIRL.dll，系统文件损坏吧。
解压，释放到system32
