NIS 2012取消支持Google Chrome浏览器

Norton官方网站对于NIS 2012 ˋ诺顿浏览器工具栏Browser Plug-In Support与Browser Support for Vulnerability Protection and Phishing Protection做出修正，NIS 2012正式版取消Bate版对于Google Chrome浏览器的支持.
Google Chrome浏览器的BUG在Norton Bate中心19.1.0.28 Bate版就是已知且未修正的BUG.
放弃支持因素在于Google非Norton.，Symantec Norton也无可奈何.



原因应该与以下新闻相同，google不想插别人也不想被人插.  
Google工具列可能要加入与Norton toolbar相同功能在Google Chrome上面运行，所以不让Norton toolbar插Chrome.


Google工具列不再支援Firefox5及未来版本

Google工具列最多将只支援Firefox 4以前的版本，将不再支援Firefox 5及未来的版本。Mozilla已得知此事，并担心Google工具列的相容性问题将会阻止大量使用者升级到Firefox 5。

Google于上周宣布，由于近年来浏览器不断创新，支援Firefox的Google工具列所提供的许多功能皆已成为Firefox的内建功能，因此，Google工具列最多将只支援Firefox 4以前的版本，将不再支援Firefox 5及未来的版本。

Google工具列原本就只支援IE及Firefox浏览器，提供Google搜寻、Google书签、在网页中搜寻、自动填入、即时翻译、拼字检查及网页分享等功能。其中，在网页中搜寻及拼字检查都已成为Firefox的内建功能，至于其他功能则可透过Firefox的附加元件取得。

在Google宣布该消息后，立即有用户表达失望之意，认为Google此举扼杀了许多便利功能，使得用户必须下载多个不同的附加程式，或是记住不同功能的快捷键。亦有不少用户指出他们需要Google工具列，并抱怨Google甚至没有发表支援Chrome的工具列。

另有用户建议Google不如直接把工具列转为开放源码专案，以让开放源码社群继续开发支援各种浏览器的工具列。该建议获得了众多使用者的支持。

Mozilla已得知此事，并担心Google工具列的相容性问题将会阻止大量使用者升级到Firefox 5。已升级到Firefox 5的使用者可降级至Firefox 3.6以持续使用Google工具列，不过，Mozilla亦警告对Firefox 3.6的安全及稳定性更新只会维持一小段时间。

其他杀软的chrome插件都没问题，为什么单单诺顿的有问题？
反正支持不支持我都禁用或卸载了，留着还占进程和内存呢。
