关于 NIS2012升级到不了19.20.10的

怎么也更新不了，昨天到今天一直都是这样！一键支持也解决不了！

LZ没对NIS用过破解补丁之类的吧？
不行，只能卸了重装试试了。

The Gurus normally get notified by Symantec when all the links are updated so that we proactively know when to indicate such in the public threads.



I'll be sure and update this thread when I hear that the links have all been updated.

那是诺顿英文讨论区的诺顿官方回复，连网更新尚不太稳.
实质载点需要等待.

现在铁壳的更新服务器好像都不再统一由美国总部管理.
中国地区那么多人口用户，遇到发布更新时瞬间爆流量导致服务器死机很正常.
