• 2007-08-02: A new version of FPR has been released and Online Armor Personal Firewall 2.0.1.204 has been retested. Online Armor now scores 8500 points, which we mark as a Very good result. However, Online Armor uses user mode hooks improperly - to achieve security goals in unknown, potentially malicious, processes. These hooks are protected against unhooking, but the protection is not - and can not - be perfect, and this is what the new version of FPR demonstrates.
• 2007-08-01: We have revealed that Online Armor passed some of leak-tests only because of user mode hooks that were not unhooked by FPR. In the most of cases, FPR would identify and remove the hooks but in case of Online Armor, FPR faced a code that protected these hooks against unhooking in very unusual way. Although the vendor of Online Armor assured us that the protection was not implemented with an intention to pass FPR tests, the protection has no real effect on the security of Online Armor and can be bypassed easily. We have removed the latests results of Online Armor from our tables and we will modify FPR such that it will be able to bypass the protection of user mode hooks of Online Armor. We will retest Online Armor and publish its real leak-testing results as soon as possible. We apologize to all our visitors and to all competitive vendors for publishing false results of Online Armor.

OA2 之前的测试成绩有误。OA2 的部分保护使用了 user-mode hooks ,躲过了测试程序FPR的检测。通过使用新的FPR 测试，OA2 分数降为8500， Prosecurity 升至第三。所有安全上的重要保护，必须是内核保护。

我有一个很大的困惑：
LNS不是被大家公认为防火墙中最强大的吗？怎么在测试中得了一个Poor，排名很靠后啊？
LNS究竟怎么样呢？

Leaktests 测试的是防火墙的防内能力，很大程度上反映了防火墙对恶意软件联网的检测能力，仅此而已。

至于反泄漏是否重要，每个人都有不同的看法。
