好像WindowsXP-KB983306-x86-CHS.exe是微软的补丁

fake patch :D
mostly it comes with a dowloader

solution : Avira + Unplug cable+ Icesword + Power Remover+SReng+WinsockFix
Avira : scan and kill most virus on ur disk
      scan Active Process and write down the directory and name of the infected files.
Unplug cable : stop the trojan from downloading more virus
Icesword  : Terminate the unknown proess in ur memory ,find the infected .sys and .dll files in module , terminate the related process .
PowerRemover :  Remove any infected files on ur list .
SReng : Remove any unknown startup targets .
WinsockFix :Repair ur winsock and tcp .

if none of the tools mentioned above can be installed in ur computer , its a wipe [:27:]
reinstall ur system then

文件被感染了.

MS现在卡巴已经能清除这种病毒了....
