请教，我下载了卡巴KAV9.0，想卸掉KAV7.0，要怎么才能卸干净？

各位老大，我现在用的是卡巴KAV7.0，现在7.0的KEY不好找了，因此我想换KAV9.0的，以前我从KAV6.0换成KAV7.0时，因卸载不干净，造成装KAV7.0不成功。所以这次要卸7.0时不知要怎么才能卸得干净彻底。谢谢

直接到添加删除程序去卸载了安装就就可以，没这么麻烦的

In order to fully uninstall the product:

1. Save the uninstall utility on your computer:

       download the archive kavremover.zip. Unpack the archive (for example, using WinZip)
        下载名为kavremover.zip压缩文件，并解压缩。（解压缩工具，例：WinZip）
       OR
        或者
       download the executable file kavremover.exe.
        下载名为kavremover.exe的可执行文件。
2. Run the file kavremover.exe.
2. 运行kavremover.exe。
3. Enter the code from the picture. If you cannot read the code from the picture, click on the button next to the picture to generate a new code.
3. 请输入图片中的代码。如果您无法读取图片中的代码，请点击图片旁的按钮产生新的代码。
4. In the Following products were detected section select the required product to be uninstalled. Click on the Remove button. If you wish to delete some products, it is required to delete them separately.

5. The removal process may take some minutes.

6. Wait until a dialog window appears to inform you that the product was successfully removed.

By default, a log file with the name kavremvr xxxx-xx-xx xx-xx-xx (pid xxxx).txt will be saved in the folder where the utility is located.

You can find the full version number of kavremover.exe in the file kavremover.txt.

一般情况 自带的卸载就能卸干净

      或者你到官网去下个卸载工具。。
卸载前关闭保护退出卡巴

一般原则上建议还是用官方的卸载工具或者添加删除卸载，卸完之后注册表搜索kaspersky C盘system32下drives检查一遍，应该基本没问题了，如果真的碰到意外情况可以试试app remover（卸杀软用的）
