从我个人的经验，一般某些.DLL文件引起的蓝屏，建议先想办法替换修复一下！可能是这个.DLL坏了！
百度百科说的很详细！http://baike.baidu.com/view/5384669.htm?fromTaglist替换就很简单了。你在转们的.DLL下载网站先下载，然后里面都有教程！我就帮坛子里一位这样解决的！你搜索一下，有的！

进程名称：iw4sp.exe 楼主是在玩 《使命召唤：现代战争2》游戏的时候出现蓝屏的吧，而引起蓝屏的dll文件是 nv4_disp.dll （NVIDIA 显卡驱动），建议楼主升级一下显卡驱动。现在正值夏季，天气比较热，要注意显卡温度是否过高，散热是否良好，是否有需要清理一下灰尘，这些都是电脑硬件的保养工作来的。

分析的十分到位,两年前的老机子,N卡GF100

建议：
1.凭时关注显卡温度。或者给显卡芯片上导热硅胶。。。。。上的时候把手洗干净。。。。。
2.偿式更新显卡驱动
3.偿试关闭360套件。
4.确认uphcleanhlp.sys文件的安全性，或提供此文件原始文件

以上纯属猜测，因为dmp日志不完整，没到100%，还原不出完整必要信息，，

另：建议清理不必要的驱动残留项（有加载项没加载实体），以便系统环境不要太过复杂。。。。

温度平时58 游戏60左右   散热正常
