win7服务优化方案

我想优化一下win7，以加快运行速度，减少内存占用，在保证win7能稳定运行的前提下，不知道哪些系统服务是可以终止的

我的系统下列服务是启动的，哪些可以停止

建议不要优化，win7默认就可以了，没必要搞优化，否则会影响win7运行

别优化了。为了速度丢了稳定性。如果真要优化就去下载些优化软件
