怎么注册ThreatExpert啊？

我打算上传几个样本到ThreatExpert试试，似乎需要先注册。
打开http://www.threatexpert.com/signup.aspx，我用我的sina和hotmail邮箱都试过了，每次都是在页面下方提示“由于一些原因无法注册”。请问到底是什么问题啊？或者谁能帮我注册一个帐号？
