NIS2012使用病毒库升级失败

我一直是用在线升级的，不过换了网络，在线升级很慢，而且我很多天没有升级了，我就下载了病毒库，但安装失败，显示

这句话不是说升级成功了吗。。。你的诺顿现在什么状态。估计是网络支持不好。诺顿对于电信联通还行

可以下啊，但好慢啊！而且我未安装病毒库前，也是有100M左右的在线升级要下啊
