When did this happen? Will it be solved after reboot or re-install the input method ?

Pls check whether you can add input method (try Microsoft's Pinyin first) in the setting pannel.

请先在浏览器里用云输入法来输入中文： http://py.qq.com/，http://pinyin.sogou.com/

楼主没说清系统配置，如果是英文版而且一开始就是乱码的,运行命令 rundll32.exe shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL intl.cpl,,0 调出Region and Language 面板，点change system lcoal...,选择Chinese(Simplified,PRC)。

When did this happen? Since system installed? Is the non_Unicode setting all right?
