please note, that Update 13 of Avira Version 2013 beta for all languages just got uploaded to the beta update servers and as standalone package to the BetaCenter.


New beta build: 13.0.0.3730

         
These are the latest changes of the new builds:

Windows 8 compatibility – several fixes
Automatic renewal of the license is improved
Send computer name when making calls to MyAccount
Extend the User Agent String to differentiate between WFP, WinFW, AviraFW
Various Improvements in LocalDecider and in the APC integration
Bug fixes of the Windows Filtering Platform driver in Mail and Web protection (trickling)
Integration of the Ask Toolbar v6 -> changed setup flow. The toolbar is offered for installation only after the product is installed.
Removed Expert Mode from the Configuration Center. By default the users will see all options, including those available until now only when Expert Mode was active.
Known issues:

Toolbar offline installation is not working > toolbar cannot be installed without internet connection
Please file a bug report as soon as unexpected behaviour or a crash of any component occurs.

Note, that business versions (Avira Professional Security and Avira Server Security) are only available to business testers.

由Patch13的上個版本已經成功解決了
只是並沒有寫入change log內,你可以試試全新安裝patch13版本

我是win7 64 一直有这个问题 给官方发邮件时我已经卸载了avira 无法运行那个工具

我沒空去測試簡中版,不過看看有沒有人可以幫忙測試一下簡中版patch13
