Known issues with this security update

    Customers who are using noncurrent versions of Kingsoft Internet Security 2011, 2012, and 2013 may experience issues installing this security update. In some cases, systems may not successfully restart after security update 2839229 is applied, and customers may encounter a blue or blank screen. Customers should update their Kingsoft Internet Security software to the latest version before security update 2839229 is applied.

     使用非最新版本的金山毒霸2011，2012以及2013的用户，可能在安装此安全更新时遇到问题。在某些情况下，系统在安装2839229安全更新后不能成功启动。某些用户可能遇到蓝屏或者登录界面锁死。用户应该在2839229补丁安装前将金山毒霸更新到最新版本。

   

    We recommend that customers having problems restarting after security update 2839229 is applied follow these steps:
       对于在安装更新后遇到问题的用户，我们推荐如下解决方案

    Steps for Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7
          对于 Windows XP, Windows Vista 以及 Windows 7的解决步骤
        1.Turn off the computer.   
           关闭计算机
        2.Start the computer in safe mode by pressing F8 during the startup cycle.
           启动时按F8进入安全模式  
        3. Select Safe Mode with Networking and continue booting.
           进入带网络连接的安全模式
        4. Start Kingsoft Internet Security, and then click the Update button.
           开启金山毒霸主界面，点击升级按钮
        5.Follow the instructions to apply the latest update.
          根据指示应用最新更新
        6.Restart the computer.
           重启系统

    Steps for Windows 8
        对于 Windows 8的解决步骤
        1.Turn off the computer.
           关闭计算机
        2.Start the computer in safe mode. To do this, follow these steps:
           进入安全模式 ，并按如下步骤操作
            
              a.Start the computer and press Shift + F8 during the start cycle to enter Recovery Mode.
                   启动时同时按shift和F8，进入恢复模式
              b.Select the Troubleshoot option.
                   选择问题修复选项
              c.Select Advanced Options.
                 选择高级选项
              d.Select Windows Startup Settings.
                 进入windows 启动设置
              e.Restart the computer to view Advanced Boot Options.
                 重启系统进入高级启动选项
              f.Select Safe Mode with Networking and continue booting.
                 选择带网络连接的安全模式
         3.Start Kingsoft Internet Security, and then click the Update button.
            启动金山毒霸，并点击升级按钮
         4.Follow the instructions to apply the latest update.
             根据指示应用最新更新
         5.Restart the computer.
             重启计算机

很多用国外杀软的也蓝了，而且还不知道原因。其实是金山旗下的软件导致的所以国外区也发了一份。

有的说是驱动 有的是是那个H的代码   我猜是技术瓶颈

提醒楼主。。。金山猎豹、WPS、驱动XX也使用了上述涉事驱动。。。也会蓝的

暂时建议如果蓝屏了，在安全模式卸载Kb2939229补丁

这和系统属于谁没关系，而和系统的用户数量有关系。全球都有微软的用户，偏偏到了中国出现蓝屏，值得深思。
