已经这年代了，讨论3389有点过时了，不过闲着没事给咖啡加了条禁止访问3389规则，还真发现东西了

这类敏感的端口一般都要关闭，否则安全性大打折扣。

thunderplatform.exe 主要用于迅雷资源上传
而迅雷采用的是多线程任何端口都有可能...
