Leveraging the extensibility of the Windows Home Server platform, Avira’s solution will offer award-winning malware detection and removal technology, protecting information stored on Windows Home Server. Windows Home Server is designed to offer families with multiple PCs an easy way to protect, connect, organize and share digital information such as images, music, video and personal documents.
“Avira’s software is a great example of how Windows Home Server is a platform for new solutions for homes with multiple PCs,” said Steven VanRoekel, director of Windows Server Solutions at Microsoft. “Windows Home Server with Avira software will help consumers ensure their precious digital media is more safe and secure.”
