360的kb2862973补丁怎么回事？？

我的系统是win8 64位的
今天早晨起来用系统的自动更新更新完了
打开360，发现360还叫我打一个补丁，
kb2862973不知是什么补丁
我从微软官方搜也没有搜不到！！！！
大家知道怎么回事？？

如果不打这个补丁 可能造成带有已经被吊销的被外泄的数字签名的恶意程序进入系统并绕过绝大多数安全防护

Microsoft 宣布针对 Windows Vista、Windows Server 2008、Windows 7、Windows Server 2008 R2、Windows 8、Windows Server 2012 和 Windows RT 的受支持版本提供一个更新，该更新可限制具有 MD5 哈希的证书的使用。此限制仅限于按照 Microsoft 根证书计划在根下颁发的证书。在证书中使用 MD5 哈希算法可能允许攻击者欺骗内容、执行网络钓鱼攻击或执行中间人攻击。

对于所有受影响的 Microsoft Windows 版本（Windows RT 除外，此时没有适合 Windows RT 的更新），该更新可从下载中心下载。此外，在客户有机会评估此更新的影响，并且在企业中采取必要操作之后，Microsoft 计划在 2014 年 2 月 11 日通过 Microsoft Update 发布此更新。
