安装Office2003兼容2007及2010补丁出错，百度网盘上传控件出错

1、安装Office2003兼容2007及2010补丁过程中系统卡死不动30分钟，只好硬关机重启，之后再安装就安装不了，提示RETRY（具体提示内容不记得了，因为是办公电脑不能随便搞），但RETRY了多次没用还是那个界面，只有点取消，结果程序返回了，自动卸载了。再重装仍然如此。
2、WEB版百度网盘上传控件被别人卸载，但是可能卸载不干净还是什么其他原因，重装后用不了，点上传选择要上传的文件后，没有弹出正在上传的小窗口，右下角也没有，就是没有任何反应，怎么办？已经多次卸载重装这个控件了，还是不行。
电脑是单位的不能重装，也没有备份。XP系统。

请高手帮肋解答，本人不胜感激。
补丁是从官网这里下的。

另外为什么@菜单里只显示10个，还不知道是如何排序的，其他的需要输入关键字才能找到。后面两个怎么弄也弄不好。有没好的办法？

2010发布的补丁需要office 2003 sp3，请检查sp3是否安装。
卡住界面的信息比较有用，比如给出了什么文件无法替换什么的，最好能给出错误信息。

2.
先重置浏览器设置看看，可能是禁用掉了 脚本、activeX等。
检查“加载项”中插件是否被禁用。
找一个绿色版的IE内核浏览器看能否正常使用，排除浏览器的问题。

很多事临时文件，主要的就是那两个dll。
手动导入应该可以的。

两个问题已经全部解决了。再次感谢。
1、重新官网下载安装，这次没任何问题。估计是之前下载的文件不完整。
2、把在家里记录的注册表导入，并重置IE设置后恢复正常，重新安装控件也正常了。

1、办公电脑用360打的补丁，应该是打全了的。第一次安装时卡在安装过程中滚动条不动，没有任何提示，卡了30分钟没动，硬关机重启的。之后安装就那样了。找不到卸载程序，否则卸载之后再安装可能就可以了。今天有事不上班，明天把图上传上来。
2、IE8、360、TW2.4都试了都不行。明天试试。另外我在家里装了下，用TU记录下来，回头再试试导入注册表看看怎么样。

创建的文件在如图所示目录，用regsvr32注册了两个dll，增加若干注册表项。

安装后，检查那两个dll是否正常注册。进网盘后插件是否正常启用，如下图：


另外插件可能需要flash的支持，也一并检查下。看注册表的修改，也支持火狐，试下FF下是否能工作。

不过你的文件夹与我的不同，我的是C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data ...

插件只对当前账户有效，我的账户名是“a”，你的是 “Administrator”，所以会有差别。

哦，既然如此，还可以新建个账户再安装试试。
