虽然是兼容性补丁…………不过感觉微软的表述还是有点奇怪…………

感觉说的是微软觉得pure 3在8.1的兼容性还有点问题，于是通过补丁暂时阻止pure的安装（安装之后可能影响系统稳定），顺便促使卡巴尽快发布完美兼容的版本…………

这句话无论用什么软件翻译也很容易理解吧？
你所说的“要是真像你说的那样”，不是楼主他自己YY的问题，而是微软自己写明的。。。。。。。。。。。。。
至于为什么要搞出一个不完美的补丁，还提供更新，这个很难猜测。。。。。。。。。。。。。。

顺带说多一句就去睡了，希望多一点像楼主这样爱较真的人，要不然我也不会特地去看原网站说明。。。。。。。。。。

这补丁的用途本身就是如果是系统自身的某些行为和文档描述存在差异那就改系统，如果是软件自己的错导致不兼容那就将带兼容性问题的软件挡在系统外。
