F-Secure ISTP: New version out today!‏ ISTP111

We are releasing a new version of F-Secure Internet Security Technology Preview (ISTP111) today!

As part of this release, we are introducing a brand-new installation flow. This includes a system scan during installation on machines that have no security product registered with the Windows Security/Action Center, or where that software is out of date.


While the new flows have been extensively tested internally, we would value feedback from the beta community. If you have the possibility, please consider:

* Installing to a second machine - your license should cover you for three installations

or

* Uninstalling your existing TP, rebooting, and starting a new installation.

Please note that we have observed that sometimes the new installation may stop on Windows XP systems. We do have a fix coming, but if this happens, just restart the installation process and it should go smoothly the second time.
