We have released a Norton Toolbar extension (Google chrome web store) update for Google chrome browser for Norton Internet Security 21.3, Norton 360 21.3 and Norton Identity Safe standalone. The patch is also available for the Norton 2013product. The versions for this Norton Toolbar extension update are as follows: Norton Internet Security, Norton 360 21.3.0.12
Norton Toolbar: 2014.7.0.48
Norton Identity Safe Standalone:

Norton Internet Security & Norton 360 v20.4.0.40 Norton Toolbar: 2013.4.11.5 Note: The Norton Toolbar extension update should happen automatically and does not need any user actions. In case, if Norton Toolbar extension has not got the update – enable Developer Mode in Tools -> Extensions and click onUpdate Extensions Now
Below are the changes and fixes in this update: -Fixed Google Maps japanese page(www.google.co.jp/maps/preview) rendering issue which blocks maps display when Norton toolbar is displayed -Fixed rendering issues on mail.live.com, draw.io which blocks web page content when toolbar is displayed
With the recent changes, Google Chrome browser now requires users to get the Norton Toolbar extensions from the Google Chrome Web Store. To install any Norton product-specific toolbar extension, you need to download it from Chrome Web Store. Before installing the Norton Toolbar Extension, Please run Live Update and make sure your Norton Product is up-to date

1. How can I get the Norton Toolbar Extension for Google Chrome browser?
Norton 2014 [21.X] Products There are three ways you can get the Norton Toolbar Extension installed:
- If a pop-up about the toolbar extension appears, follow the instructions on the pop-up.
- If you do not see the pop-up, continue with these instructions.
- Open the Norton Product.
- Click Settings.
- Click Identity Protection.
- On the General tab, next to Google Chrome, click Install Extension.
- In the Chrome Web Store page, next to Norton Identity Safe for Chrome, click Free, and click Add.
3. Directly install Norton Toolbar Extension from Google Chrome Web Store, click on the below link.

Norton 2013 [20.x] Products
There are two ways you can get the Norton Toolbar Extension installed:
- If a pop-up about the toolbar extension appears, follow the instructions on the pop-up.

2. What happens if I install the wrong Toolbar Extension?
The Norton Toolbar Extension will be automatically removed to avoid a conflict with the Google Chrome browser once it is launched.
3. What happens if I install the Toolbar Extension without the Norton Product installed?
The Norton Toolbar Extension will be automatically removed once the Google Chrome browser is launched.
Note: If you do not see the pop-up or the option to install the extension on your Norton product, then you may have an older version of the Norton product. You are entitled to download the latest version from Norton Update Center, if your subscription is current. If you use the standalone version of Norton Identity Safe, you may need to download the latest version from the Norton Identity Safe website.
