End of Availability for NAV (PC/Mac)

Symantec has announced that we will begin rolling out a global transformation of our Norton consumer portfolio, which provides powerful protection for PC, Mac, and/or mobile devices. As part of this transformation, we will begin a phased end of availability for several existing security products in favor of a simplified solution that incorporates the combined functionality of these products, while at the same time reducing the complexity of our offerings and making it easy for consumers to choose Norton.-诺顿产品线将迎来全球范围的转型，一些现在的产品将会被精简和整合，以让消费者更加简单地选择诺顿产品。

How does it affect the existing customers?

As an existing Norton customer you do not need to worry. Your product will continue to deliver protection through the end of the subscription term. You will continue to receive protection updates (such as LiveUpdate virus definitions) and you will be able to continue to renew your product for the foreseeable future.-现有的诺顿用户无需担心，在时限内仍然会提供更新与防护。在可以预见的将来仍然可以更新和续订产品。

Support will continue to be available for all customers with active subscriptions to Norton products as described in the Norton Support Policy.-所有具有有效订阅诺顿产品的用户都能继续得到服务和支持。



Norton Security or Norton Security with Backup can be purchased to replace your existing product at the end of the subscription to take advantage of the simplified "right for me" security solutions. These products are currently in Beta, and will be available shortly.-norton security 和 norton security with backup将替代现有产品，成为简化的"right for me"安全方案的组成部分。这些产品还处于beta阶段，但将很快发布。

该裁的今年年初都裁了，主要是面向中国这样消费者市场利润不大的地区的个人产品团队。

记得诺顿不同版本的key转换是要换算的  不知道现在有的激活码跟以后版本的激活码要不要换算

中国个人市场，我只能说“呵呵”，企业做的还是不错的，今天我们公司的SEP更新到12.1.4100.4126了
