根据你的截图很难判断是什么问题，最好先杀下毒。
要是问题一直存在而解决不了的话，只好重装了。

NV驱动  Intel驱动 迅游  好压 360系列  百度输入法  WPS  似乎也就这么几个

经常这样的话  逐个卸载看看吧

根据你的分析文件来看，可能是任务管理器加载的dll文件比较大，所以占用的内存高
建议将服务项禁用或将启动方式设置为手动，删除多余的加载项（右键属性菜单加载项之类的），应该对explorer.exe有点缓解作用的。
像13楼所说的那样，对这些软件进行逐一卸载，应该可以找到使explorer.exe内存变高的元凶

总之，不需要开机自启的都可以禁用。
例如：讯游、wps、好压之类的
