How to change the default DNSCrypt DNS server?

The DNS available is kept in a file named dnscrypt-resolvers.csv, and you can find it in the DNSCrypt folder.
You should edit the file and add some information into it, things like your Singapore DNS server.
If you make it, you will find a Singapore DNS server available in settings.
But I'm not sure about that, you could have a try. Hope it works.

其实DNS 默认的就挺好，如果有需要可以那个什么什么，度娘了~

The screenshot you provided is from an old, abandoned project by Open DNS.

See http://dnscrypt.org/ for a list of supported user interfaces. All of them let you chose what resolvers you want to use.

It says that you are using an old version. Check the website to get the latest software.
