桌面空白处点击鼠标右键属性出不来，屏幕闪一下是怎么回事呢？

昨天正常，今天开机在桌面空白处点击鼠标右键属性出不来，屏幕闪一下（不是刷新那种闪，是连下面任务栏都没有，只有壁纸）又都出来了。点桌面上文件右键属性正常。
换了鼠标键盘问题依旧；扫了下没毒；任务管理器里干掉explorer新建一个也是问题依旧。不知道是怎么回事，求高手解答，谢谢！实在不想装系统。
ps：打开文件夹，点右键这个文件夹就自动关闭。

某些软件注册了右键选单，但是关联的文件已经损坏，导致打开右键选单的时候explorer崩溃。你可以用工具清理一下右键选单。
