Strangely, I don't see a dll that looks like it might have come from a "Dr.Web Security Space 10", though I might have missed it. I do see "C:\Program Files (x86)\Yandex\Punto Switcher\pshook64.dll" though.
The minidump doesn't show anything terribly strange as far as hangs goes. Each thread seems to be idle and waiting on its message loop. Does removing either of Dr.Web or this Punto Switcher resolve the issue? If so, probably that one has some bug and you should report something to their developers. We can't really do much if some third-party software you have injects itself into Chrome and has a bug.

Strangely... When i'm first run google chrome x64 the problem appears at once.
Sorry, about my english...
Maybe, i can record video with this problem?

What exactly happens? Is there a window, but you can't interact with it? Or can you interact with it, but no pages load?
What happens if you try without those two programs I mentioned? If installing those is what causes the problem, it sounds like a bug with one of them.

Ok. First run google chrome x64, installation is normally, when i run appears the main window and pop up errors all installed extensions, browser not opened any pages, bugs and all that... I'd rather show you on video. One moment, please.

msimprovertechnologies is not affiliated with the Chromium project. I do not believe downloading a new Chrome is going to do much for extensions.
It looks like from your video that you can't get at any settings pages or anything else. This isn't a hang, the renderer is getting killed. Can you get at the settings page when you launch 32-bit Chrome instead? I believe they share a profile. Do things work if you go and disable all your extensions from there and then relaunch 64-bit Chrome?
If you go to 32-bit Chrome and visit about:crashes, do you see any crashes whose times match the problems in 64-bit Chrome? If so, please paste the crash IDs here.
Finally, as requested in comment #4, please try with Dr.Web disabled. Does the program go away then? If so, this is probably a Dr.Web problem. Likewise with Punto Switcher.

Disable all extensions in Google Chrome x86 and install Google Chrome x64
All the same...
I don't now...
Could you check this problem?
I am a regular user, but why on Google Chrome x86 it's all good?
The problem is serious, please help.
Whith Punto Switcher is all good.
Without Dr.Web is all good in Google Chrome x64.
But anti-virus does not affect the operation of the browser, сould you find out?
