Win8x64 咖啡豆基础规则为什么无论如何排除都不能打开TXT文件？

用了Win8x64 咖啡豆基础规则，没有自设其它规则，打开TXT文件时提示：

2015/8/17        13:12:12        已由访问保护规则禁止         XB-201508131157\Administrator        C:\WINDOWS\EXPLORER.EXE        C:\Windows\System32\notepad.exe        用户定义的规则:01 调用系统程序        已阻止的操作: 读取

排除C:\WINDOWS\EXPLORER.EXE、EXPLORER.EXE、C:\Windows\System32\notepad.exe、notepad.exe，都不能打开txt文件，是哪里出错了呀？

要阻止的文件或文件夹：C:\Windows\**.exe
要禁止的文件操作：对文件进行读访问，正在执行的文件

把   对文件进行读访问，正在执行的文件   这两项的勾去掉也不能打开txt文件。

p5的规则排除好像有问题 前两天trustinstaller.exe一直触红，怎么排除都没用，一怒之下卸了

今天还是不能打开txt文件，但日志里居然没任何提示了。

P5在WIN7 64位下有类似的排除无效的BUG吗？

我就是用的win7 x64
不过排除无效可能和直接注册表导入规则有关，我这以前还发生过直接导入规则导致关闭规则后该规则仍在阻挡的问题
