Some aspects of difficulty for novice testers:

1. Do not proceed with testing, without reading the instructions.

2. Product can cause slowdowns! The reason for this is the Application Verifier. Be patient, you're beta testers, not ordinary users. Verifier necessary for the formation of a more detailed dumps, if desired, it can easily be disabled by turning off self-protection and removing the key avp.exe from Image File Execution Options.

3. Trace logging is enabled. The product will be writing large files on the disk. The traces can be disabled via the "Support" link from the main window.

If the problem appeared out of nowhere and that's mysteriously disappeared after reinstalling the product - try to find a way to reproduce it, otherwise this problem probably will not be added to the bug list, so as not to be able to verify the correction. If the product crashes out of the blue, and you can't reproduce the crash - just send dumps via the interface KAV/KIS.

When a sufficient amount of information error messages (bug reports) will be transferred to the attached topics and added to the bug lists.
