昨天在虚拟机里面重新安装了一次,没更新病毒库前打开不会假死,更新病毒库后就假死了。
已经发邮件给 ESET 官方那边。

Follow the step-by-step instructions below to bring up your ESET Username or License Key in ESET Smart Security or ESET NOD32 Antivirus:
1. Open the main program window by double-clicking the ESET icon in your Windows notification area or by clicking 'Start' -> 'All Programs' -> 'ESET' -> 'ESET Smart Security' or 'ESET NOD32 Antivirus'.
[Windows 8 and Windows 10 users: Press the Windows key + Q and then click Search. Type “ESET” and then click ESET Smart Security or ESET NOD32 Antivirus under “Apps”.]
2. Press 'CTRL'+'U'. Your ESET Username and License Key will be displayed.
You can also locate your license details by visiting the lost license page and entering the email address used at the time of purchase or activation:

NOTE: If you are a business customer, the email address you are using may not be associated with your company's ESET security product license. If this is the case, please contact your company's IT department or system administrator to obtain ESET support, or to add your current email address to the license.
If you have an ESET security product CD and have not received your License Key, you will need to register the serial number/activation key (located on the back of the CD sleeve or inside front cover of the CD case) on our web site. Once you receive your License Key, please make sure it is entered and saved into the program correctly.

NOTE: Fields with a red asterisk are required, and it is especially important that the 'E-mail address' and 'Serial Number or Activation Key' fields are filled out correctly to ensure that the license is registered and sent to the correct email address. The serial number/activation key is case sensitive and the dash is necessary. Also, there should be no extra spaces.
