卡巴的小bug提交

资源保护里面，受保护的应用程序，低限制都改为允许，电脑重启后，修改无效，又变回了询问模式。不知道是为了安全，还是一个bug。这个问题2016,2017都有。
还有就是2017有点卡80端口，就是游戏，股票都正常，但是浏览器掉线。。。。。win10系统，这个应该是个大bug。

1 这应该是是win10rs1的限制，你用的什么系统？
2 根dns解析有关，我本人也经常出现，但是复现不稳定，没法抓到trace，恕我无能为力~
