根据说明和实际情况来理解，如果开启HIPS，并且HIPS并不智能的话，或许有可能。
然而这台机子以前用CIS8.4并没有这些问题，所以应该不是冲突的锅，估计只能归咎于BUG。

這就不明白了 不過我依舊是覺得不應該在這類HIPS上再加入其他安全軟件了

我觉得这依旧不算是“安全软件”，只是控制和自定义Windows系统本身已经加入的安全技术而已，比如分别在Win7和Win10这两个操作系统里使用EMET，可控制的安全技术都是操作系统自带的，EMET带来的并没什么。

要睡了，唧歪几句。各位莫怪。

有的规则没有加密，可以手动修改。好比一条条mdf数据一样，可以增删改查。

有的规则封锁在dll里，exe里，ini里，js里，dat里，tmp里，reg里等。
修改起来比较麻烦。
但是并不是没有规则。

从另外一个角度来讲，所谓安全软件也是帮助用户保护计算机而已。
安全软件也不能保证用户用了安全软件就能不中毒。
好像进入了一个回不了头的怪圈。
