reinstall不是重装吗，可是重启后并没重装，和卸载没啥两样。中文版英文版都试了，都不行。

最新回复，让我升级win10或者回滚2016，或者退款。不过我很怀疑我这免费获取的能不能拿到钱。

Advanced Threat Defense is currently affected by a bug and the Bitdefender developers are trying to investigate and solve this matter as soon as possible. Keep in mind that It does not affect the Bitdefender ability to detect malware (this is still done by the Antivirus module). Advanced Threat Defense on the other hand is in charge only with heuristic methods to detect new potential threats which have not been signed yet as known malware.
Since only Windows 7 computers are affected, a quick fix would be to upgrade for free to Windows 10 by following the guideline available on the Microsoft website:

If you don't want to consider the Windows 10 upgrade, as a workaround you can roll-back to Bitdefender 2016 using the kit below, to protect the system until the 2018 version will be fixed. At that time we will also extend the validity of your Bitdefender subscription to compensate for the time when Bitdefender 2018 did not work as designed:

Bitdefender 2017 products are receiving Bitdefender 2018 via automatic update which means that once you restart the computer you will have Bitdefender 2018 again. This is why we do not recommend a rollback to Bitdefender 2017.
Last but not least, we can issue a refund on your Bitdefender purchase so you can choose another antivirus program that will better suit your PC.

I'm glad to see your reply.
I use windows 7 long time,so i prefer not change windows 10.I think is complex and can make many trouble to me.
Bitdefender 2018's  firewall is important to me,i think BD 2018's  firewall is better than BD 2016's firewall.And just you say,ATD is not the only way to detect malware,most function of Bitdefender can regular use.So i still trust BD 2018.
And you say refund to me?NO,NO,NO.I will never request refund.Bitdefender is the most powerful and stable anti-virus software i have ever seen.When i use Bitdefender,i feel truly protect.(this sentence maybe can be an advertisement:Use Bitdefender,Feel Truly Protect   :D)
According to this three point,i choose continue use Bitdefender 2018,and waiting for correct patch or fix.If my subscription have little compensation,i will feel more pleasure.

原来Win7才有这个BUG啊，我单位用的是Win7，还好没遇到~他说可以给你延期，你是怕暴露免费试用吧

哈哈哈，反正是免费获取，退款估计是拿不到，人家也不傻，还不如说几句好话，延长点期限。

在漫长的一个月后，终于给我再次发来了2封邮件，本来我都不抱希望了。

说是已经解决了，让我重启更新，顺便补偿了我4个月的使用期。我重启更新发现确实好了。
