How can I download AVG 8.0 Free Edition?
AVG 8.0 Free Edition is not available yet. It will be released in the second quarter of 2008.

No, there is no standalone product available with anti-virus or anti-spyware functionality only.

Is it necessary to uninstall AVG 7.5 before installing the new 8.0 version?
Ifyou have bought an AVG 8.0 upgrade or renewal and AVG 7.5 is installedon your computer, you will need to install AVG 8.0. Please click on therelevant 8.0 download link and follow the instructions to install AVG8.0. AVG 7.5 will be uninstalled automatically from your computer during the AVG 8.0 installation.

国外论坛看到的，没说具体啥时候，只知道第二季度发布。free版望眼欲穿啊，看来还要等一阵了。

都是集成的呢？
虽然我也知道出于免费的考虑不会功能太多
应该是只有AV

这里说的很清楚！AVG 7.5AV和AS的用户将可以升级到AVG8.0反病毒，AVG8.0 AV里面就包含反病毒AV和反间谍AS功能！

你理解错了，这里的意思是说在8.0里面，AV和AS将不会是独立发布的产品，而是而是整合在一个product里面。
