卡巴斯基会影响 wsl 的Linux更新吗

最近一段时间发现我的电脑上 WSL都无法更新了

一直没找到原因，这应该是ssl认证的原因。
一开始我以为是网络优先级的问题，把ipv4优先级调高后还是没有效果。。。
刚才通过查询，发现有个同学也遇到了类似问题：

1. I was having another issue with CLion and discovered the problem. I use Comodo Internet Security and it was silently blocking WSL from doing anything. I disabled it and everything started working. I just have to figure out how to allow WSL in Comodo. Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for all of your help.

至少目前Comodo毛豆会影响WIN10 上 Linux子系统的正常更新。
刚刚写到这里突然一个想法冒出来了，现在我就怀疑这个问题是卡巴斯基的流量扫描造成。。。

等等我试试，同时也想问问有没有类似情况的同学，我这个子系统是win10商店里的Ubuntu 18.04，实测16.04也有类似的情况，好像连Debian也有。。。

感谢，还没搜索没想到这么快就有解答了。

谢谢，其实这个问题很早就发现了，当时19还没发布用A版，后面没时间去折腾。。。
刚才试了下关闭 443HTTPS端口扫描就OK。。。真是没想到
直接退出卡巴斯基或关闭流量扫描好像没效果，我误以为无效。

卡巴斯基企业版测试了下也有这个问题。
之前一直以为是Linux配置的问题，弄了很久都没解决。。。
