我下了这个地址中的好几个版本的病毒库，好多个提示的和层主一样，升级不成功。
最后发现，应该是下载第一个才对，虽然它的描述中并没有写着支持symantec企业版。
所以如果大家用的是比较新的Symantec_Endpoint_Protection_14版本的话，那就下载第一个。
当然我并没有测试所有的14版本，我试了14.2版本，是可以升级的。

同时注意分清楚32位还是64位。
