使用最新版PotPlayer 1.7.21239 Public（64位），打开视频约10s后提示如下：


如果参照闻雷兄给出的方案，视频是能够软解播放了，但此时只有25fps的输出，效果很不理想。


我使用的是AMD 3400G核显，理应能顺利硬解这“HEVC (H.265), Main/10 Profile, Level 5.0, 3840x2160, 50.000 fps”的视频，用 PowerDVD 19.0.2403.62 则能顺利播放，而且是50fps流畅输出。

DXVA Checker检测如下：


请问有什么办法能让PotPlayer对这个视频正常硬解吗？

我是装K-Lite_Codec_Pack解决的。也可以考虑换MPC播放。

嗯 我也推荐K-Lite Codec Pack Update+其它播放器解决 MPC-BE/MPC-HC不会出现这个问题
还是编码器选择上需要多留意一下.

老问题了，解码h265是硬伤

但舍不得PotPlayer用起来很称手

建议分别试试POT自带的dxva(native)/dxva(copy-back)/D3D11三种硬解模式+EVR CP，可能有一种可以
另外，这片子我在1066上用LAV也只能用2个dxva来硬解，然后还是显示有问题的，换个片吧  研究这个没意义  MediaInfo看了下profile是Main 10@L5@High，一般要硬解都用Main
