K7 "Carnivore" component, behavioral defense, claimed to be able to block zero-day attacks, I have never seen it work
Not sure how they concluded this statement, we are protecting millions of devices with our technology like behavior detection, Antiransomware, Exploit protection, etc. We are witnessing many customer devices being protected with behavior protection features.
K7 "Safe Surf" component is just a malicious URL library, and there is no traffic scan
Safe Surfer enables you to protect your device from harmful content online, K7 Safe Surf is designed and functions to block malicious URL’s
K7's firewall is only for network access control
IDS feature is part of the K7 Firewall and also you can create rules in the firewall as per user requirements. It also functions like application control to block/allow an application to access the internet.
False positives have improved a lot
