开始控制面板程序找到mcafee virusscan enterprise的条目，卸载即可
但卸载mcafee agent的时候，会有无法卸载的提示框，那么使用下面的方法可以完成卸载McAfee agent

How to remove or downgrade McAfee Agent 5.x from the command line

Solution

To completely remove McAfee Agent from the command line:

1.Remove all McAfee point products from the system (VirusScan Enterprise, Drive Encryption, SiteAdvisor Enterprise, and so on).

NOTE: If you run the command in step 4 with point products installed, it will only put the agent into unmanaged mode.

2.Locate the frminst file on the client system:

For a newly installed McAfee Agent, this file should be located in the following directory:

C:\Program Files\Mcafee\Agent\x86

For an upgraded McAfee Agent, this file should be located in one of the following two directories:

C:\Program Files\Mcafee\Common Framework\x86\
C:\Program Files (x86)\Mcafee\Common Framework\x86\

3.Press Windows+R, type cmd, and click OK.

4.Run the following command from the command prompt:

<location of frminst file>\frminst.exe /REMOVE=AGENT

CD C:\Program Files (x86)\Mcafee\Common Framework\x86\

frminst.exe /REMOVE=AGENT

这个就是McAfee公司最初介绍的使用命令行，卸载McAfee Agent 5.X的方法。
