ESET的最新一次更新似乎会让显卡从任务管理器中“消失”

喔，这原来是ESET的锅，5.1号重装了ltsc2019，发现任务管理器性能无gpu，一脸懵逼，差点就重新安装系统。

根据其他用户的反馈，Internet 防护模块升级到1440.1将会解决这个问题。但我这里的版本一直都是1441。。。

我这里是 1440.1
我猜测这个实际上是回退了版本，真正的解决方案还没出来
因为我这里显卡还是没有出现（我没有尝试手动修复，打算看看 ESET 什么时候修好，毕竟我不急）
