The Windows Security Center in Microsoft Windows Server 2025 does not recognize the installed Symantec Endpoint Protection client as an antivirus provider and displays the following message:
No active Antivirus provider. Your device is vulnerable.

[SEP-87042]
Microsoft does not currently have a fix. Broadcom is investigating where there is a workaround to address the issue. However, the Symantec Endpoint Protection client still protects the client computers.
