New features:
FSDiag logs all logical drives, not just fixed drives, in basic\systeminfo.log.
On Settings/Updates UI, the Device Protection update installation time shown now reflects the installation time of the latest new update instead of the last update check time.
Bug fixes:
Virus protection not turned off if attempted during initial Device Protection update (PBL-14647)
Fixed an issue where UDP server could get incorrectly blocked (PBL-14585)
Re-fixed touch screen based scrolling in ARM64 (PBL-13373)

FSDiag在basic\systeminfo.log中记录所有逻辑驱动器，而不仅仅是固定驱动器。
在“设置/更新”用户界面上，显示的设备保护更新安装时间现在反映了最新更新的安装时间，而不是上次更新检查时间。

错误修复:
如果在初始设备防护更新期间尝试，病毒防护不会关闭(PBL-14647)
修正了UDP服务器可能被错误阻止的问题(PBL-14585)
重新修复了ARM64中基于触摸屏的滚动(PBL-13373)
