Yes, but now automatic updates are designed to run when youre least likely to be using your pc, and you can choose updates times

and i find that you said that the kernel isolation is because the software cannot be upgraded, which is not technically logical. kernel isolation is to prevent malicious code from being injected into the kernel what you want to say may be because some old software is incompatible, i have to turn off kernel isolation

现阶段来说win11确实不建议关自动更新，但对于还在用win10的人来说，如果用的不是LTSC这种长支持版本的话最好还是废掉更新好，不然什么时候给你来些升级win11的弹窗或者自动升级成win11也不是不可能
