我有一台电脑也碰到过一次，但不是开机，是用百度和夸克网盘下载资源的时候弹的

去开机启动项那里关闭相关软件吧

电脑离是否安装了荐片播放器，如果安装了，你在桌面空白处右键看看是否有多出一个清理选项，就是这个原因，它要联网，把它删除就可以了
