Bug #14802.
Remove broken registry key from HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Shell Extensions\Approved
Bad key will not contain GUID, but something looks like "@".

I renamed the branch as "11approved"...but didn't work.
I even renamed the up branch as "11shell extensions", and still the error.
Anything I can do?

Can you download ollydebugger from http://www.ollydbg.de and start scanner from him ?
After excepion save contents of the "stack" window and upload it to somewere like rapidshare.

I am not familiar with debugger, but I have tried using ollydebugger...some difficult for me.
The link below should (may) be what you want

Also, I made a pic. of ollydbg...for your reference

Please tell about disk H: - that is it ? If this is a removable media - are you try remove it before scan ?

not removable disk, but CD driver.
I have disk R: made by Ramdisk, is it the problem? any removable media could make Dr. Web crash in complete scan, perhaps?

I removed disk R:, after rebooting, I did complete scan...crash again, same error code.

CD Driver - virtual ?

1. The driver is REAL, ASUS DVD-ROM(E616P)
2. Separately scan, the error occurred when scanning disk H:(DVD-ROM)...yes, you got the point.
3.If there's a disk in DVD-ROM, the three kinds of scan begin with noerror(Dr. Web can't check if there's a disk in DVD-ROM and then takecorrect actions?), but SpIDer Guard must be paused. When SpIDer Guardis active, my computer will reboot automatically if I view the contentof disk H: using Explorer, and Dr. Web scan of disk H: (whatevercomplete or custom) will also crash.
So, the conclusion is Dr.Web conflicts with the DVD-ROM, isn't it? But, that's the bug of Dr.Web, or something wrong with my computer?
