大家好,很多人相信都遇到过类似问题.这是十分,十分,让人讨厌的,在新成立的诺顿官方论坛上,很多热心人对这种问题提出了解决方案,从反馈来看还不错
我就将方案列出,大家在类似问题时可以试一试.

Ok Let's try something and let's see if we can do this the easy way.
Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from Here(网址:http://www.majorgeeks.com/Malwarebytes_Anti-Malware_d5756.html）
Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.
Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.

Please download SuperAntispyware from Here （网址http://www.superantispyware.com/), the free version will do the trick
Double Click superantispyware.exe to install the application.
Just download it to your desktop, then click Finish.
If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
Once the program has loaded, select "Check for updates" just to be sure you are fully up to date
Once the program has loaded, select "Scan your computer", then click Perform complete Scan .
The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
When the scan is complete, Superantispyware will show all the results.
Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
